PAYMENT TYPES

Gido accepts Paypal, Bank Transfer and Credit / Debit Cards.

WHEN WILL WE TAKE YOUR PAYMENT

We will only debit your card when we dispatch your shoes to you.

PRICE

The prices of the Products shall be those specified by Gido Limited and subject to change. 

All prices on the Website are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT and exclusive of postage and packing. A summary of these postage and packing charges can be found at our delivery information page.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Gido can now dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder.

We operate an address verification system for your security.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

HEEL HEIGHTS

Heel heights given are an approximate measurement taken from the inside of the heel and are a guide only.

SIZES

All sizes are shown in UK sizes.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to deliver your parcel within 5-7 working days of placing your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES (Per Order)

UK: £5.95

Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Gido .

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED

UK: Your items are sent by Home Delivery Network between the hours of 0700-1900 Monday-Friday. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified HDNL will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery. 
International: Your items are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

Any claim by that any footwear is defective or not satisfactury quality, must be notified to us by e-mail or letter within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly we shall have no liability for such failure or defect. 

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address.
