DELIVERY:

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

The cost per parcel is £5.95

We aim to deliver your parcel within 5-7 working days of placing your order.

We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address. The alternative delivery address must be in the UK (i.e. has a Royal Mail postcode).

UK: Your items are sent by Home Delivery Network between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday-Friday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you.

On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified HDNL will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery.

International: Your items are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required.

 

RETURNS:

Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address.
